Sambalpur: Officials and employees of the Sambalpur district administration on Tuesday watched Daman, the much-hyped orthodox movie based on the Odisha government’s malaria prevention scheme ‘Daman’ in remote areas. District Magistrate Ananya Das, District Council Chief Development Officer and Executive Officer Dilip Kumar Bala, Sambalpur Metropolitan Corporation Commissioner Pradeep Sahu, former District Director Dr. Raseshwari Panigahri, District Chief Medical Officer. Pankaj Patel, DPM Mousumi Mishra, Regional Transport Officer Ramdas Tudu, District Welfare Officer Bhagirathi Patel, District Social Welfare Officer Gitanjali Mahapatra, District Labor Officer Sumitra Majhi, District Culture Officer Deepak Kullu shared the cinema together at eylex. The film revolves around a doctor’s struggle to diagnose malaria in a remote area. Administrative officers of all districts were directed by the government to watch the film.
