Sambalpur: One culprit arrested for crop insurance fraud

Dharanidhar Chand, a farmer of Baurigoda (Bhulupada) village under Mahulpali police station of Sambalpur district, came to know that someone else had fraudulently issued crop insurance on his land lease no.
