Sambalpur: Opening Ceremony of 2nd Dilip Chand Memorial All Odisha Kabaddi Tournament- 2023

Sambalpur: The 2nd Dilip Chand Memorial All Odisha Kabaddi Tournament- 2023 was inaugurated at Fatak, Durga Mandap. Sambalpur Ex. MLA Smt. Raseswari Panigrahi was the chief guest of the opening ceremony. Old Players Association Sambalpur and Social worker Shri Siddharth Saha (Sidhu) and other office bearers were present at the ceremony.
