Sambalpur: Patient Seating is not available in the Niramaya Center, Equipped with a bike parking place

Sambalpur: The number of patients in the main hospital of Sambalpur district is continuously increasing. Parking is available on both sides of the main gate of the hospital but no one keeps a bike there. whoever came is going straight inside. Bikes are seen parked randomly in different parts of the hospital. Bike parking is a common occurrence inside the campus in front of Niramaya Kendra. Whoever comes and brings heavy bikes and scooters and keeps them here, there is no one to prevent. Even though the two-wheelers are kept safe in the shade, no one is paying attention to the problems of the patients. After getting treatment from the specialists of various departments, they go to the Niramaya Center for Medicine. After standing in line for a long time, it is the turn of the patient’s relatives to take the medicine. There is no place to sit when the patient is waiting in front of the Niramaya center till the medicine is brought. Ladies are seen holding their newborns in their arms and waiting helplessly. Security guards have been deployed to protect the hospital and manage crowds, but there is no crackdown on unauthorized parking. There is a general demand for hospital authorities to remove parking from Niramaya Centers and to introduce seating arrangements for patients.
