No matter how many people complained about the long standing vehicles on MG Road (Ring Road) of Sambalpur Metropolitan Corporation, no solution came. So people are saying that it will be ok if they declare it as parking area and charge money.
MG Road (Ring Road) is the only hope to go to Burla or SMC from Sambalpur city. But if you go to this road, you will find many cars parked on the road This is the beautification of SMC. Beautification is being done on this side of the mahanadi river bank by planting small plants and artificial trees in the middle. But car parking is causing all the problems.
Illegal car parking is troubling people. There is no place to park cars in people’s homes. So people are forced to keep their cars on the road. SMC and traffic police need to look into this. Otherwise people will face difficulties. Traffic Police DSP Narendra Sarangi said, the lane owners who are parking on the road will be warned. However, if they park on the road, they will be fined.
Despite many complaints of illegal car parking on MG Road to Traffic Police and SMC, it could not be resolved. So if it is not resolved immediately, there will be agitation and protest. The traffic department’s silence is disturbing the people. But people who are in such trouble complain that there is no one in behalf to talk with them.
