Sambalpur: Ph.D’s arbitrary conduct, ditched the road and left it open

Sambalpur: Arbitrariness of PhD department in Sambalpur continues till date. Everyone has changed from the Commissioner to the District Collector, but the attitude of the Ph.D Department has not changed till date. People are saying that it has become the practice of the Ph.D Department to dig up and leave it open wherever it is found. People have complained that it has been more than 7 days for the PhD department to dig a hole near Sakhipada Samlei temple and leaving it unfilled. As the ditch is across the road, many people are suffering from accidents near the ditch at night. On Monday, a student fell near the ditch. The residents of the area have demanded that the ditch be filled and the road should be repaired as soon as possible.
