Sambalpur: Police Uncover Massive Cannabis Stash at Sambalpur, 40 kg Confiscated

Sambalpur: Drug peddlers are now seen targeting trains to smuggle cannabis. Trains have been the primary route of transportation for traders because they have fewer checks. Cannabis was seized from Khetrajpur railway station several times last year and it was seized again on Wednesday from the platform.

The Sambalpur GRP police station investigated the two bags on Platform 1 because they appeared suspicious. 39.9 kg of cannabis emerged from two bags. It is unclear who put the bags there or whose bags these are. The police filed a report and seized the cannabis.
