Sambalpur: Premature death; The woman caught the water heater in unmindful state
Jujumura: Vision is acquired long before human birth. But no one knows when death will come. A human being or any other living being dies at any moment due to accident or incident. One such death took place today in Jujumura police station area of Sambalpur district. A woman died due to electrocution in Andheri village of Kayakud Panchayat on Sunday.
The deceased was Anjana Pradhan (45), wife of Digambar Pradhan. According to the police, Anjana keep the water heater in a container in bathroom at around 9:30 this morning. After that, Anjana was busy with other household chores. After some time she came to Bathroom and put her hand in the water in a unmindful state. She was unconscious on the spot as the water was hot and electrocuted. Hearing the screams, the other members of the family were reach to the bathroom.
Anjana was first taken to the Jujumura Community Health Center by her family. But as her condition was critical, the doctor advised to take her to Sambalpur district headquarter hospital. After reaching Sambalpur the doctor declared her dead. Jujumura police reached the hospital and seized the dead body and sent the body to burla for post-mortem. After the autopsy, the body has been handed over to the family members. A case has been registered in Jujumura police station.
