Sambalpur: Sambalpur Zone Saregama and Debate Competitions begin
Sambalpur: On the occasion of the annual celebration of ‘Sambad’, the Saregama (minor vocal music) and Debate competition has been started in the newsroom of Sakhipada among college and university students in Chandrashekhar Behera District School Theater in Sambalpur.
All the students of all types of colleges and universities studying in general, technical, medical, management, agriculture etc. from +2 or 11th standard to upper classes have participated. The Sambalpur zone of ‘Sambad’ in this competition 9 districts under the Sambalpur edition namely Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Students from Deogarh, Bargarh, Subarnapur, Boudh, Balangir, Nuapada and Kalahandi have participated. Successful contestants will be considered eligible to participate in the state-level competition to be held in Bhubaneswar.
