Sambalpur: Sambalpuri Book Market will be held on July 8 and 9

Sambalpur: Sambalpuri Book Market will be held for two days on behalf of ‘Kalam Parivar’ Sambalpur. It has been decided to organize it on July 8 and 9 in the second preparatory meeting held today at Sambadik Bhawan. The story reading program will be held with the inauguration of the program on 8th. On the 9th, a discussion on the status and potential of Sambalpuri language literature will be held in the first phase and the Sambalpuri poetry reading program will be held in the second phase. It has been proposed in the meeting that a book sale and exhibition of the writers and publishers of the region will be held through the Sambalpuri Book Market on both days.

On this occasion, the new staff of the ‘Kalam family’ has been selected. Jayakrishna Behera has been elected as President, Lalit Mohan as Vice-President, Kamal Lochan Panda as Editor, Mamata Nath as Co-Editor, Akhermani Vivar as Coordinator, Trilochan Tripathi as Treasurer, Tafizul Hossain as Convener. Pradeep Panda, Deepak Panda, Siddharth Panda, Satya Narayan Thakur, Girija Shankar Sharma, Surya Panigarahi, Prashant Majhi, Kalindi Pratap Singh, Manoj Panda, Subas Panigarahi, Jatrinak Pradhan and Shankar Behera have been selected as members of the advisory committee.
