Sambalpur: schools and colleges have opened, Enthusiasm among students
All public and private schools and colleges in the state have been reopened since Monday after the coronavirus was reduced. Offline classes for all students from 8th grade onwards have been started since Monday. When schools and colleges reopened after a long closure, there was a lot of enthusiasm among the students. Students believe that reading offline makes it easier to understand the text. However, the school grounds were cleaned and sanitized before classes began. Arrangements were made to determine the social distancing between students in the classroom. Hand sanitizing and wearing masks have been made mandatory. On the first day, more than 50 per cent of the students in schools in Sambalpur district were present. Teachers said attendance would increase. Notably, last January the coronavirus infection was on the rise. In view of this, the educational institutions were closed in the first week of January. Only online classes were available. However, the government last week decided to reopen schools and colleges after the corona pandemic was reduced.
