Sambalpur: Serial theft from closed house in Bareipali

Sambalpur: A serial theft occurred at Bareipali Police Station Dengsarangi Balaji Colony. It is alleged that the culprits stole gold ornaments and other items from 2 houses late on Saturday night when no one was present. According to the complaint of Pradeep Rana, 42 grams of gold jewellery, 2 laptops, one LED TV, sound box etc. were stolen from the house number D-8 of the colony. Similarly, 30,000 rupees, 3 pairs of earrings and 2 headscarves were stolen from house number D-32. After coming to know about this, Sunday Pradeep filed a written complaint at the Baireipali police station. The police have registered a case and started investigating the incident.
