Sambalpur : Shital Sashti’s thaal raised in all Shibalaya

Sambalpur: In all the Shiva temples of Sambalpur city, the famous Sital Sasthi Yatra’s thala utha ritual has been completed today in a grand ceremony. Apart from this, as per the rules, the names of the parents of girls on all the committees have also been announced today. Badbazar’s Sitaleswar Baba’s thala utha ritual was complete and This year’s daughter’s parents, Kishore Pradhan and Rinki Pradhan, residents of Badbazar, received the thala from the groom’s father. Puja rituals were performed by Pandit Yogeswara Nanda and Pujak Sanjay Badamali. Surendra Mohanty, Panchanan Tripathi, Saroj Sahu, Ramnarayan Pradhan, Buddhadev Pradhan, Chand, Deepak Sharma, Rakesh Behera, Manu Sahu, Shamlal Donsana and Manoj Palasania were prominently present.

As well, Thakur Padar’s Gupteshwar Baba’s thala utha ritual was complete and this year’s daughter’s parents, Radheshyam Mishra and Pinki Mishra, are residents of Bhima Bhoi Nagar, received thala from the groom’s father. The rituals were performed by temple worshiper Ishwar Chandra Dehuri and marriage worshiper Ashutosh Purohit. Sambalpur Premeya Edition chief Swetakumar Pradhan, ex-municipality Siddharth Saha, Social worker Golak Bihari Mishra Magar, Yatra Committee President Shiv Pradhan, Executive President Dharmendra Singh, Chairman Lingaraj Panda major all the staff members were included as guests.

Similarly, in the Baba Somanath temple at Balibandha, the thala utha ritual has been completed as per the rules. Harihar Mishra and Sujata Panda, residents of the green park received the thala as the parents of the girl. The ritual was completed by worshiper Manbodh Padhi, Kailas Pujari. On this occasion, Managing Trustees Dr. Vijay Kumar Pradhan, Satya Prakash Karnna, Sankara Pradhan, Kailashchandra Mistri, Sanjay Kumar Mishra, Bihar Ranjan Bahidar, Shiv Narayan Panigarahi, Prashant Kumar Pradhan, Debash Mishra, Arakshit Naik, Kumudini Naik, Dr. Ramendra Kishore Sahu, Umapati Tripathi major all the staff members were included as guests.

Nandpada Sital Sasthi Yatra Committee

Sambalpur: Sambalpur world famous mostly the oldest Nandpada Sital Sasthi Yatra committee party has held a preparatory meeting. A new committee has been formed to organize this year’s Yatra in a meeting held at Nanpadada’s Sri Sri Balunkeswar temple courtyard. Prashant Barai as president, Golak Bihari Mishra as chief coordinator, Ashish Babu as editor and Jitendra Nand and Bhavani Shankar as co-editors, Prashant Dash as treasurer with treasurer Bhuban Mohan Mishra, and Biraj Kumar Mishra and Sushrit Mishra as general coordinators have been unanimously appointed.
