Hirakud: A bike rider fell after hitting a cow near a petrol pump in Hirakud at 12:00 noon on Tuesday. Bike rider Sanjay Gupta was lying on the road in critical condition. At that time, Sambalpur Metropolitan Corporation (SMC) Commissioner Ved Bhushan stopped there on his way back from Hirakud.
