Sambalpur: Special arrangements for families of Sundargarh district patients in Vimsar Burla

Burla: Western Odisha Lifeline is Burla Vimsar. Patients from various districts of Western Odisha as well as neighboring states Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh come here for better healthcare. However, according to the district project of Sundergarh District PHO, on the orders of the District Governor and CDMO, now Vimsar has been provided free accommodation and food for the families of patients coming from Sundergarh district, Program Coordinator Babuni Samal informed this. A shelter for the patient’s family has been arranged in a two-storied building in Majhipali area. In the first phase, 12 families of patients are accommodated and fed. While the provision of free accommodation and food for the families of patients coming from Sundargarh district is being welcomed, it is demanded that similar arrangements be made for the families of patients from other districts of Western Odisha.
