Sambalpur: ‘Swaichcha’ ( ‘ସ୍ବଇଚ୍ଛା’) Ngo extends a helping hand to Hemlata

Sambalpur: Hemlata studied for free in a private English secondary school up to eighth grade under RTE. But after graduating from eighth grade, she was asked for the fees by the school. Hemlata’s father had already died, and her mother, who worked as a laborer. She had no choice but to ask for help with her daughter’s education. Later, the Sweechcha family extended a helping hand to Hemlata. The Sweechcha paid Rs 10,000 for Hemlata’s tuition on Tuesday. Dillip Panda of Swachhcha, Subhashish Sarkar, Dr. Ashok Panigrahi, Akshay Behera, Sidhu Sahu, Anuj Jena, Sourav Suman Paricha and Arthatran Shatapathi were present.
