Sambalpur: The issue of permanent high court bench in western Odisha, huge warning march on the 8th july
Sambalpur: After three long years of demanding a permanent bench of the High Court in western Odisha, the movement is once again on the rise. The CAC’s deadline for the state government has not been met.
As a result, the Sambalpur District Bar Association is going to observe Warning Day on the 8th of next month as per the earlier announcement. “A large number of bike rallies will be held in front of the RDC offices outside the metropolitan area on the eve of the warning day,” told a news conference.
Bar president Sureshwar Mishra said the government had left the inter-departmental committee formed under three years paralyzed. Even two months after the Center’s letter, the government has proposed that more than 200 organizations and members of the public join in the rally. Will come to the front of the office. Similarly, different bikes will also come from Dhanupali and Samaleswari temples separately and reach the RDC office.
The deadline for the West Odisha Bar Association’s Central Action Committee (CAC) to the state government has expired on the 31st. Mr Mishra said preparations had been made for the conference to be held on the eve of the Day of Judgment. The Sambalpur metropolitan government yesterday announced that it would join the workers of all the organizations. However, on the 8th, two separate bike rallies from Burla and Hirakud will come and join the rally. Pradeep Bahidar, chairman of the Bar committee, along with Bar editor Saroj Sahu, Ravi Pujari and Madhusudan Mitra were the keynote speakers.
