Currently, 12 districts came under the jurisdiction of the Northern Revenue Commissioner, while the area of ​​the Southern Revenue Commissioner has been reduced to 8 districts. Angul, Bargarh, Balangir, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Sambalpur, Subarnapur and Sundargarh districts will now be under the jurisdiction of Sambalpur, which is the northern revenue collector.
