Sambalpur: The office of the Vimsar President is sealed
Burla: The office of the chairman of the Bir Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR) has been sealed off. The district attorney’s office issued the order after hearing a case.
Two court staff arrived in Vimsar on Friday and after a brief conversation with the chairperson, Dr. Jayashree Dora, she was given a court order showed. Then sealed the office. In addition, all the furniture in the chair’s office, the office car number (OD-15H-0833), two buses (OR-15H-0955, and OR 02-BV-5994), as well as all computers in the stabilization section and account department, were seized.
According to the information received, 23 employees of Bhimsarj were sacked in 2009 and replaced by new employees. Employees who lost their jobs said they had been fired illegally. Some of them went to the door of the district labor court. However, the Labor Court referred the case to the District Magistrate. On the other hand, three employees at the door of the court paid Rs 25,31,375 to Rebati Kant Kalet (38 / cleaning staff), a resident of Burla, Dhenkanal resident Khirod Kumar Sahu (45 / gatekeeper and electrician) was ordered to pay Rs 29,65,891 lakh and Shambhunath Sahu (43 / attendant), a resident of Atabira in Bargarh district, was ordered to pay Rs 25,46,813 lakh.
When asked in this regard to Vimsar Chairman Dr. Dora, she said she knew nothing about it.
