Sambalpur: The Street lights are on day and night

The street lights at Gopalmal Pragati Vihar under the Sambalpur Metropolitan Corporation had not been lit for a long time. People were finding it difficult to travel in the dark of night. A few days after the locals complained, the metropolitan corporation staff repaired the street lights. However, since the day the street lights were lit, it has not off. The street lights are on for 24 hours. Locals have complained that no one is coming to off the lights on day time even after the city council was notified.
