Sambalpur: There is widespread dissatisfaction with the Sambalpur-Puri Intercity train being disrupted

The Sambalpur district is under the East Coast Railway. It is the center of western Odisha. There are also many established educational institutions in the area. The train was instrumental in connecting Sambalpur and eastern Odisha. It was even easier to go to Shrikhetra and see Lord Jagannath. In addition, the people of Sambalpur, Anugul, Dhenkanal and Cuttack districts relied on it for daily commuting. People could go to Bhubaneswar for office work and return on the same train.
