Sambalpur: Three police officers have been suspended in the case of accused who hit the police and escaped

Sambalpur: On the evening of August 11th, during court proceedings, an accused evaded the police on the pretext of urinating. The town police have registered a case and are continuing to investigate the incident, but the accused has not been caught yet. On the other hand, 3 police officers have been suspended in this case. The three police officers who were suspended have admitted to being the beneficiaries but did not give their names.

It is worth noting that Sambalpur district Tarbaga police station arrested 3 accused along with Sunil Naik in the theft case. They were brought to Sambalpur SDJM’s court for arraignment on the evening of August 11. However, after evading the police, Sunil ran away from the court premises on the pretext of urinating. The police have not been able to catch him till date. On the other hand, the police department is trying to suppress the names of the suspended police officers.
