Sambalpur: Today Additional District Judge (1st) Mr. Debashish Panda sentenced accused Wife killer Jugeshwar Oram to life imprisonment

Sambalpur: Today, Additional District Judge (1st) Debashish Panda sentenced accused Jugeshwar Oram to life imprisonment in a murder case. According to the information received, Jugeshwar Oram and his wife Sunaful Oram, a resident of Mahalim Pada, Dhakdera village used to have frequent quarrels and fights. When they were married for less than 15 years, Jugeshwar was torturing his wife Sunaful. Last November 10, 2015 at 8 am, Jugeshwar beat his wife Sunaful on the head with an iron rod. On hearing the news, Sunaful’s father reached there and took her to Burla Hospital in critical condition. She died while undergoing treatment there. During the trial of this case, the testimony of 14 people was taken. Today, Additional District Judge (1st) Debashish Panda sentenced wife murderer Jugeshwar Oram to life imprisonment. Additional Public Prosecutor Muhammad Sabir Ahmed was handling the case on behalf of the government.
