Sambalpur: Vigilance raids at four places, including the house of the Chief Inspector of the Electricity Department

Vigilance raids continue at four places, including the house of Sunil Kumar Panda, Chief Engineer and chief inspector of the Sambalpur power department, in connection with the Sambalpur non-revenue property scam. According to the information received, a simultaneous raid was carried out by the Odisha Vigilance Force under the search warrant and on the orders of the Special Vigilance Court of Sambalpur.

The raid was reportedly led by two DSPs, two ASIs and 9 inspectors. Vigilance is raiding four places in Sambalpur and Khordha districts. The raids are ongoing at the Jagannath Colony office in Sambalpur, flats 201 and 203 of Green Park Residency, the flats in Khandagiri area and the offices in Sambalpur.
