Sambalpur: Who will understand the Sakhipara Road Problem? If they want work is done, people face problems with dust
Sambalpur: The Samlei Project is going to be inaugurated on the 27th. All the officials of Sambalpur are busy trying to please the Chief Minister. Starting from the temple premises, workers are engaged day and night in polishing the road. Some officers are supervising the work due to sleepless nights. But no official cares about the suffering of the townspeople. Sarlakani Sakhipara is witnessing a deplorable road condition, with thousands of people commuting every day. Road works have been started to divert people. The construction companies and officials who have taken up the road work are working voluntarily. If you want, work is done, if you don’t want, the work is stopped. Half of the land is left lying on the road while half of the land is left empty. People are being injured on that road every day. On Friday afternoon, a parent and 2 students were injured on the road near the sakhipara while coming on a bike. Most of the time people are victims of accidents.
Complaint to Chief Minister
The ring road from Mandelia to Samaleswari temple was newly paved in just 2 days for the Samlei project, but it has taken more than 2 months for the construction of the Sakhipada road, which the people of Sambalpur are suffering every day. Due to this, the discontent among the people is increasing. If the road work is not completed before the Chief Minister’s visit, the resident area has been warned to complain to the Chief Minister.
