Redhakhol: Young scientist Sesha Kisan’s outing has been held. On this occasion, he announced that he will open Dr. Sesha Kisan Private Limited Company in Odisha and its profits will be spent on the education of poor children. In the press conference held on the occasion of the reception on Tuesday, Dr. Kisan made this announcement. He said that common patients can get better quality medicines at a very low cost. Within 4 months in Odisha, 5 types of medicines like generic medicine diabetes, blood pressure, antibiotic, multivitamin, gastric will be brought out by his company and provided to common people for use. He announced that it will produce 500 to 1000 generic medicine products and its headquarters will be in Bhubaneswar. Later, he said that medicine for diseases like cancer will also be prepared by the company. In this press conference, he praised his newly wedded wife. He said that even though she is a girl from Baleswar, she is highly educated and virtuous. He said that he can adjust well with her. His newly wedded wife loves everything about his scientific life. He avoided the reporter’s question about where the company would get so much money from.
However on 10th Dr. Kisan married Jayashree, daughter of Gopal Krushna Jena and Suchitra Jena of Khagarapal village, Baliapal block, Baleswar district, at the office of the Redhakhol sub-district. On Monday, the wedding of both of them was held in Vedic rites at Redhakhol Biju Patnaik Kalyan Mandap. The wedding took place late at night when Kisan left the local Kadamba area with the bridegroom and reached Kalyan Mandap.
The Sesha Kisan is a resident of Balasinga village in Naktideul block of Redhakhol sub-district. He lost his father Bipin Kisan and mother Dukhi Kisan when he was a child. The story of his struggle is very heartwarming. He worked as a day laborer as well as herding cattle. What he himself says is that success comes only from struggle. He holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Göttingen, Germany. His achievements are exemplary in the region. Because he has not given up even in the pursuit of poverty. Rather, he has learned to succeed. Today Dr. Kisan’s wedding party was attended by former MP Prasanna Acharya, many dignitaries from Redhakhol and Naktideul blocks, officials from various departments.
