Sambalpur’s Shivsmarak have been selected for research at Milla, Canada
Sambalpur: Vssut Burla’s Ramakant Panigrahi and Snigdha Panda’s son Shivsmark Panigrahi (21) have been selected for research on machine logging at Canada’s Milla Quebec AI Institute. After completing his B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, Shivsmarak left his high-paying job at Microsoft and left for Canada today to pursue advanced studies and research in computer science.
The institute will bear all the expenses of his research and stay there. As a child, scholar Shivsmarakhas been selected as a JN Tata scholar and is getting financial support for higher education. He was awarded 2 times with the highest number while studying in IIT. Apart from this, he had the highest marks in the state in class 10th and 12th. He is a former student of Central School-II.
