Sambalpur: Sambalpur’s Soumyanranjan Badapanda shines again in New Delhi. He won the gold medal by winning first place in the University-level speech competition held at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, New Delhi. He achieved this feat by giving a speech on ‘My country is the best’. Haryana Mahendragarh MP Dr. Sudha Yadav attended as the chief guest and felicitated him. Saumya, the son of Biswaranjan Padapanda and Kalyani Badapanda of Khaliapali village, Jujumura block of Sambalpur district, was the topper in the priestly work of the university earlier.
