Schools in Odisha have reopened for Class 8 students
After remaining closed due to the COVID-19 scenario in the state, schools throughout Odisha reopened for class 8 students today.
Classes for Standard-8 students will be held from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., according to the School and Mass Education Department’s SOP.
While online education will continue, students can attend offline classes with the permission of their parents or guardians.
The students will not be offered a cooked mid-day meal because of this. The students will instead be given dry rations, like they were before, according to the SOP.
