Scientific Experiments Prove the Purity of Ganga Water; Even After 58 Crore Devotees Holy Baths, Ganga Water Remains Pure

Massive Crowd at Maha Kumbh, Yet Ganga Remains Pure
So far, over 58 crore devotees have bathed in the holy Ganga during the Maha Kumbh. However, this massive gathering has not affected the purity of Ganga water in any way. Padma Shri award-winning scientist, Dr. Ajay Kumar Sonkar, has proven this through scientific experiments in his laboratory.
Ganga Water is Not Just for Bathing: It’s as Pure as Alkaline Water
Dr. Sonkar confirms that Ganga water is not only suitable for bathing but is also as pure as alkaline water. Many people doubt its purity, but he has conducted experiments to disprove these claims.
Challenges to Skeptics
Dr. Sonkar has challenged those who question the purity of Ganga water. He invites them to test it in any laboratory and see the results themselves. To prove his point, he personally collected water samples from five different ghats, including Sangam and Arel, and conducted a three-month-long study. The results confirmed that Ganga water remains pure and safe even after so many people have bathed in it.

Scientific Study Proves No Bacterial Growth in Ganga Water
Through his extensive research, Dr. Sonkar found that Ganga water does not support bacterial growth. The pH level of the water also remains stable, proving its purity. Moreover, the study discovered that Ganga water contains 1,100 types of bacteriophages – natural viruses that kill harmful bacteria.
Misleading Reports About Ganga Water Debunked
Some organizations and individuals have spread false reports suggesting that Ganga water is unfit for drinking and bathing. However, Dr. Sonkar’s research completely disproves these claims.
Ganga Water Has Excellent pH Levels
According to his findings, the pH level of Ganga water (collected from different ghats) ranges between 8.4 and 8.6, which is considered ideal for purity. He also confirmed that there is no bad odor or bacterial contamination in the water.
Even after 58 crore devotees have taken a dip, Ganga remains clean and pure. Science backs its purity, and misleading claims against it do not hold any truth. The Ganga River continues to be a natural wonder, maintaining its sacred and scientific significance.
