Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya is built with the age of 2500 years

Ayodhya: After 492 years of struggle, the Sri Ram Temple being built in Ayodhya is going to be the best example of engineering knowledge in the world. So that the temple will remain intact even after thousands of years, it is being built only in stone, sandstone, marble, and granite are used in the temple construction. The first phase of the temple, which has been under construction for more than three years, is now almost completed, while the rest of the temple work is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

Indigenous and ancient Indian wisdom is being used to build Shriram Temple as the longest-standing temple in the world. While the temple is maintained by Sriram Jandhodhom Pilgrimage, according to Mahamantri Champat Ray, the temple is quadrangular in shape. When the temple was built, it was found that there was only a bed of sand under the soil, so it was not possible to build it with pilar piling. Hundreds of years later, permission was granted for the construction of the Ram Temple. Later, with the advice of IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, NIT Surat, IIT Chennai, IIT Mumbai CBIR Roorkee, NGRI Hyderabad, the area where the temple is being built has been sanded. During the construction of the main temple, 14 meters of sand were dug from below and 12 meters at other places. There are 56 layers of stone fly ash, chemical, and 2.5 decimal concrete, which means that the stone is formed under the soil. The temple is being built on sandstone to prevent the stone from decaying after thousands of years. Similarly, the mausoleum is built in white marble. Sandstone comes from the Bharatpur Fuli Pahadpur region of Rajasthan. Similarly, a 21-foot-high plinth has been constructed so that the temple does not catch water or rot.

A total of 21 lakh cubic feet of stone is used in the temple, and the engineers of the Institute of Rock Mechanics have checked it to ensure that there are no cracks in any of the stones. Four temples are being built at the four corners to make the temple attractive. Temples of Lord Sun Mother Bhagwati, Ganapati, and Lord Shiva will be built. In addition, the temple of Maharishi Valmiki, Maharishi Vishwamitra, Maharishi Agastya, Nisadaraj, Mata Shabari, and Rishipatni Ahalya related to Prabhu Sriram will be built on the premises of the temple. Similarly, the temple will have 5 mandaps namely dance mandap, ring mandap, meeting mandap, prayer mandap, and kirtan mandap. Ayodhya Ram Temple has become the longest-lasting temple in the world, Girish Saharsh, head of the engineering branch of the temple, said that the technology used here is more durable and better technology than in the construction of Bhuj Khalifa in Dubai. Sand has been removed for soil compaction, it has been earthquake-proofed, and the temple premises will not be affected by floodplains or river water.
