Snatch gold from the bride’s neck with a deadly weapon

Redakhol: The looters have been active again after a gap of a few days. At noon, the looters snatch lakh rupees worth of gold with a deadly weapon. An unfortunate incident took place in front of the Kadaligarh Shiva temple in Redhakhol police station in Sambalpur district. According to sources, Dillip Pradhan, 29 and Vijayini Pradhan, 26 of Mahulmunda village in Redhakhol police station, were married on the 23rd Jan.

After the wedding today, the newlyweds came to visit the Kadaligarh Shiva temple near the village. After visiting the temple for more than half an hour, the two came out to go home at around 11 a.m. However, the miscreants, who were already planning to hang out outside the temple, approached the newlyweds and pulled gold necklaces from their necks and returned with a white Apache bike in the blink of an eye.

After the incident, the couple informed the locals and informed the police. On hearing the news, Redakhol police arrived at the scene and launched an investigation, no trace of the looters has been found.
