Sambalpur: Mitali Vishwakarma of Chandan Nagar has been dealing with health issues that have made it difficult for her to visit the Public Distribution Centre (PDS) for her ration card’s e-KYC verification. She also hadn’t applied for the Subhadra Scheme, which could provide her with much-needed assistance.
