Tender Announcement: Navodaya Vidyalaya Tarbha, Sonepur Invites Tenders to Supply Different Items

PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, located in Tarbha, Sonepur, Odisha, has issued a tender notice (No. 1/2024-25) for the supply of various items for the period of June 2024 to May 2025. The tenders are open to registered and reputable firms.

• Uniform & bedding items

• Stitching of uniforms
• Electrical items
• Plumber items

• Washing and pressing

• Hiring of vehicles
• Other mess items

Important Dates:

• Tender forms are available from 7th June 2024 to 25th June 2024 during office hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) at the Principal’s office.
• Completed tenders must be submitted by 25th June 2024, 4:00 PM.
• Tenders will be opened on 26th June 2024 at 10:00 AM.

Submission Details:

• A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 200 must be paid.
• Tenders should include the requisite Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as per the tender details.
• Bank drafts should be in favor of “The Principal, JNV, Tarbha” payable at SBI, Tarbha (Branch Code SBIN 0001299).

Additional Information:

• The Vidyalaya reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
• The decision will be subject to the Sonepur District’s Court jurisdiction only.
