- The tender will be opened on July 25, 2024, at 3:30 PM.
- Submission Requirements:
- Tenders must be submitted in sealed paper format.
- Only firms with valid GST and Food License registration certificates can apply.
- Tenderers must include their original documents supporting STCC registration, Food License, and GST Certificate.
- A sum of ₹5,000 as earnest money, in the form of a Bank Draft, must be attached with the tenders.
- Quoted prices should be inclusive of all taxes and marked as F.O.R. to Burla.
- Delivery and Validity:
- Delivery of items must be to the different departments of the college.
- Tenderers should attach GST and sample bills with their tenders.
- The Dean & Principal holds the authority to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
- Resolution of Disputes:
- Any dispute arising in this matter will be settled under the jurisdiction of Sambalpur Court.
