The district Collector’s visit to Vimsar, reviewing the increase in beds

Sambalpur : Sambalpur District Magistrate Dibyajyoti Parida on Saturday visited the Vir Surendra Sai Institute of Life Sciences and Research Institute in Burla and reviewed the opening of Covid Hospital and Covid Care Center in Vimsar. In Sambalpur district, the number of Covid positives is increasing day by day and the administration is making extensive arrangements. In this regard, District Commissioner Shri Parida is vising Vimsar to review the infrastructure. It is learned that an additional 200 beds are being proposed in Vimsar for Covid. It is expected that more than 200 beds will be added soon.

During the visit, Additional District Commissioner Revenue Umakanti Raj, Chief Deputy District Magistrate Suryabansi Mayur Vikash, Assistant Engineer Sushmita Priyadarshini, Director Dr. Lalit Meher, Superintendent Dr. Lal Mohan Nayak, Chief Executive Officer were present.
