The Hirakud Eco Retreat will begin on the 8th of this month

District Magistrate Shubham Saxena reviewed the preparations for the meeting at a meeting on Wednesday. Earlier, it was decided that it would start on November 15, but it was postponed to the second week of December due to delays in tender and preparation. It will start on December 8 and run until the end of February. At a meeting on Wednesday, officials briefed the district attorney’s office on the progress of the eco-retreat. He encouraged ordinary people as well to take part in solving this great task: “One of the things you and other people can do is keep up the pressure.. there are going to be some difficult decisions for government”. This time around, there are a lot more new arrangements for tourists in Ecuador than ever before. Under the temporary tents of the Ecotourist, tourists can enjoy a variety of amenities such as star hotels and bars. There will also be a variety of facilities such as restaurants, parlor with parlor, adventure water sports, open air theater. The eco-retreat will begin on the 8th of this month and last until the end of February. The preparatory meeting was attended by the Deputy District Commissioner and other officials. This year, eco-retreats are being held in Putsil, Sonpur and Koraput in Ganjam district, including Hirakud, Konark, Daringbadi, Satkosia and Bhitarkanika.
