The Ispat Express will run upto Kantabanji
Bhubaneswar / Sambalpur: It has been decided to extend the Howrah-Titilagarh-Howrah Ispat Express (12871/12872) service from tomorrow to Kantabanji. At the inaugural function, Balangir MP Sangeeta Singdeo will inaugurate the expansion from the Kantabanji railway station by waving the green flag. It will depart Kantabanji on a special train at 10 a.m. and arrive in Howrah at 11:30 p.m. The train will depart from Titilagarh at 10.55 am, from Balangir at 11.50 am, from Bargarh Road at 12.54 pm, from Sambalpur at 1:55 pm, from Jharsuguda at 2.50 pm, from Rourkela from 4.43 pm, Tata from 7.15 pm, Ghatasila from 8.20 pm and Kharagpur from 8.56 pm. The train will also stay at Saintala, Loisinga, Barpali, Hirakud, Rengali, Rajgangpur, Manoharpur, Chakradharpur, Rajkharsuan, Sini, Rekha Mines, Chakulia, Jhargram and Santragachhi.
The regular service of the train will run from Howrah every Sunday, April 14, every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from April 15 to Kantabanji every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The train will run from Howrah to Titilagarh every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from April 16 to August 13 and will depart from Titilagarh every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from April 17 to August 14 and head for Howrah. The Howrah-Titilagarh-Kantabanji-Howrah Ispat Express (12871/12872) will be renamed the Howrah-Titilagarh-Kantabanji-Howrah Ispat Express (22861/22862). The Howrah-Titilagarh-Kantabanji-Howrah Ispat Express (22861/22862) will run from Howrah every Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from August 16, and from Kantabanji every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from August 16. The Howrah-Titilagarh-Howrah Steel Express (12871/12872) will run daily from Howrah on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday instead of August 15, and every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from Howrah and Titilagarh every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday instead of August 14.
