The map of education in Odisha will change

The vacancies for teachers in the state will be filled. Thousands of schools will be tested for teacher recruitment every year. As a result, there will be a shortage of vacancies and the shortage of teachers in the state. Experts and educators have voted in favor of it, and the process has begun at the government level. On the one hand, the teacher recruitment process is not going on every year, while on the other hand, hundreds of teachers are retiring every month. As a result, there is a teacher crisis across the state and the quality of education is deteriorating. Teachers will be recruited in the framework of the OAS exam in the state.

The process of filling the vacancies will be continued based on the data collected from which schools and how many teachers are retiring. The teacher recruitment process will take place between January and March each year. Odisha Govt. has issued a stern order to provide quality education to the students and the Department of Schools and Mass Education has started work in this direction. However, the government has not yet commented on the appointment. A final decision on the issue is expected to be made soon after the talks are held at the administrative level.
