The prominent actor in the world of Odia cinema, Mihir Das died
Earlier, Mihir Das was in critical condition. He was hospitalized with a kidney infection. Mihir was later found to have multiple failed organs, hospital authorities said. He is being treated at a private hospital in Cuttack. Mihir Das, who had previously been diagnosed with kidney disease, was admitted to the hospital on the 9th.
Mihir Das entered the world of Odia film in the 1979. Mihir was born on February 2,1966 in Mayurbhanj district. He has acted in more than 150 films. His popular films include ‘Lakshmi Pratima’, ‘Pua Mor Bhola Shankar’, ‘Target’, ‘Gunda’, ‘My Love Story’, ‘Pahili Raja’, ‘Chori Chari Mann Chori’, ‘Baji’, ‘Dhuli Express’ etc. He has received multiple awards for acting. He was honored with the Best Actor award for her film “bidhaba” on 1999 and “Feri aa mo suna bhauni” in 2005.
