Transgender was brutally murdered, cut the throat and threw away by murderer

Sambalpur: A Kinnar has been murdered in the Sambalpur darkness night. Kinnear was found killed by someone and the body. Kinnar was identified as Feroz Chhatria. Someone brutally cut his neck with a sharp weapon and killed him. The incident took place late Wednesday night, Locals saw the body this morning and reported it to police. Police arrived at the scene and recovered the body and start investigating. The motive for the killing is still unknown.
