According to the complaint, Viraj Steel is dumping ashes just 400 meters from the factory on the south side. Company Plot no. 10, 11 and 14 and adding 11,250 acres of land, including its near plot. However, it has now become so large that it has entered the reservoir (630) and has no security fence around the ash pile or irrigation system. As a result, ashes continue to fly and the environment around them is polluted. As the rains continue, the ashes must be mixed directly into the reservoir to pollute the water. Surprisingly, the ashes were not visible in the clear daylight, but the administration did not notice. Importantly, the ash-bearing site is named after Viraj Steel, but to this day the factory is not registered, but Berna is registered. Locals have demanded that the administration take immediate action and take firm action against the company.
