Decision to start the Sambalpur-Puri intercity from RamNavami ,The Sambalpur-Puri Intercity will start from the 10th April
Sambalpur: On Saturday, Odisha MLAs, led by former minister and Sambalpur MLA Jayanarayana Mishra, met the Railway Minister and discussed various issues. Proposals on different aspects of their respective areas, they also discussed a number of important issues.
Sambalpur MLA JayNarayan Mishra and Rengali MLA Nauri Nayak jointly demanded the speedy launch of the Sambalpur-Puri intercity. The Railway Minister has decided to start the Sambalpur-Puri Intercity from the holy month of Ramnavami on the 10th of this month and promised to direct the departmental officials in this regard as soon as possible.
Due to the patriarchal attitude and negligence of the state government, people in the West rely most on Bhubaneswar or Vishakhapatnam for better healthcare. Therefore, a special express train from Sambalpur to Vishakhapatnam was demanded to run. The Vishakhapatnam Amritsar Express now runs three days a week. He demanded that the train should run on a daily basis. The Sambalpur Jammu-Tawi Express was first run once a week. All passenger trains in the country were closed during the covid-19. Later, some of the trains began to run. Sambalpur’s Jammu and Kashmir has resumed, but three days a week, he has demanded that it be run on a daily basis. After hearing everything from the MLA, Minister Shri Vaishnav took all the issues seriously and promised to implement them as soon as possible and informed Sambalpur BJP Regional Media Coordinator Manas Ranjan Bakshi.
