Sambalpur: Miscreants pelted stones at the Tapaswini Express train early Saturday morning while it was running between Rengali and Jharsuguda. As a result, the windowpanes of the train were shattered, and several seats were damaged.

According to reports, the incident occurred around 5:45 AM. Stones struck seat number 15 in coach B6 and another section of coach B7. This sudden attack caused panic among passengers and led to considerable property damage inside the train.
Reason Behind Attack Still Unknown
However, it is still unclear who was responsible for the stone pelting and why they did it. Police have started an investigation to identify those involved and determine the motive behind the attack.
