Sambalpur: Bomb Blast at Sambalpur Peerbaba Chowk; Three Injured, Mystery Unfolds
Sambalpur: Explosive incidents occurred in Sambalpur on Tuesday evening, causing shock and concern among residents. It all started when someone threw a bomb near Peerbaba Chowk, injuring three people and damaging a bullet. One man named Md Kashim got badly hurt in his hand. Witnesses say the bomb came from a nearby flyover, but why it happened is still a mystery.
The police quickly arrived to settle the situation, sending lots of officers and vehicles to the scene. They’re now investigating with special experts to find out what happened.
SP Mukesh Kumar Bhamoo, Sambalpur’s police chief, assured everyone that the injured were healthy and promised to catch those guilty. Meanwhile, Sambalpur’s leader, District Collector Akshay Sunil Agrawal, advised everyone to be calm and not be afraid.
The streets near Peerbaba Chowk are calmer now, with fewer vehicles allowed and people walking carefully. Now, there are three platoon forces have been deployed at Peerbaba Chowk, Zilla Chowk, and Golebazar Chowk. These forces were there to investigate the incident that left three people injured. Police are checking the flyover’s cameras and tracking vehicles.
