Sambalpur: Fire at Golbazar Chowk; Amrutdhara Freezer Burnt Due to Short Circuit

Sambalpur: Pedestrians along with local traders rely on Amrutdhara in front of the Golbazar petrol pump. The place is always crowded. A fire broke out inside the Amrutdhara building on Thursday afternoon. The fire caused a smoky atmosphere in the entire area.

After receiving the news, the fire brigade reached the spot and doused the fire before a major accident could take place. It is believed that the fire started due to a short circuit in the fuser inside. Because of this, the Amrutdhara has become non-operational. Locals have demanded that the municipal corporation (SMC) authorities make it operational immediately.
