Sambalpur: Late-Night Bike Accident on Ring Road Leaves Two Young Men Seriously Injured

Sambalpur: Two young people, Amit Bagh of Town Thana Taunlapada and Suryakanta, were critically injured when their motorcycle crashed with a road divider on the ring road near the Town Police Station. The accident occurred late at night when they were returning home after attending a function and having a meal.

Amit and Suryakanta work at a local mall. After finishing their shift, they attended an event at Parshuram Bhavan. While heading back home around 11 pm, they were in a hurry to leave early.

According to eyewitnesses, they were coming fast from there. Amit lost control of his motorcycle and smashed into a road divider on the ring road. Both Amit and Suryakanta, who sitting behind him, went flying from the bike and suffered serious injuries when they hit the divider.

Locals who witnessed the accident immediately alerted the Town Police. The police team rushed to the spot and found the two men in critical condition. They promptly provided first aid and arranged for their transfer to the District Headquarters Hospital.

Following initial treatment at the medical center, the two men were transferred to Burla Hospital for additional medical care and observation due to the severity of their injuries.
