Sambalpur: The gold robbery at Manappuram Gold Loan’s Sambalpur branch, which caused a stir across the state, has taken a new turn. Police have identified the robbers and arrested two of them, Ajay Paswan and Pankaj Paswan.
Arrests Made
Pankaj was captured from Hooghly district in West Bengal with the assistance of the West Bengal Police, while Ajay was arrested from the Thelakuli area. Pankaj is currently under police custody for three days, during which he is being interrogated.

Search Operation and Recovery
Today, the police searched the rented house used by the robbers in Thelakuli. During the search, they recovered a country-made pistol, a magazine, and five live bullets. These findings could provide crucial evidence in the investigation.
