Sambalpur: Space Defense Expo 2.0 Begins Today in Burla, Featuring ‘Space on Wheel’ as Highlight with Live Space Experiences

Sambalpur: The Space Defense Expo-2.0 event will take place on Saturday in Burla Vssut, featuring an array of model rockets provided by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). This year’s highlight, ‘Space on Wheel,’ brought by ISRO, aims to offer live space experiences to ignite scientific curiosity and enthusiasm among students. Attendees can expect to learn about satellite launch vehicle performance and inspire the next generation of rocket enthusiasts.

In addition to ISRO’s showcase, a water rocket vent will be on display, providing students with the opportunity to showcase their skills in water rocketry. Notably, the event will feature the unveiling of a ‘Rover’ created by Vssut’s Idea Innovation Cell, which was founded in 2016 by a team of Odisha students.

Technical experts will also present their projects, adding to the variety of exhibitions. The space defense expo and water rocketry event will run from Saturday to Monday at the Biju Patnaik e-Learning Center.
