Sambalpur: Mandal Mr. Ajit Meher has today took charge of the new Mandal Chief of Punjab National Bank Sambalpur. 72 branches are spread across 9 districts in the western part of Odisha. Mr. Meher said that every household in the region will be a customer of Punjab National Bank and how large, small and medium institutions can easily connect through Punjab National Bank. He said that he is determined to increase the scope of digital banking by using PNB’s easy and unique app “PNB Dhan”. Similarly, he reiterated the commitment of providing excellent service to all the customers of Punjab National Bank.

Mr. Meher said that since agriculture is the main means of livelihood in the western part of Odisha, agricultural loans will be given priority and retail loans such as houses, vehicles, personal loans will also be prioritized. Mr. Meher said that he will have his sincere interest in bringing the various schemes of the government like PNJJBY, PMSBY, APY etc. to the right beneficiaries.
